When are my payments taken?
The first third is taken when your order is placed. The second and third payments are collected automatically from the same card 30 and 60 days later. You'll get reminders from Klarna before each payment.
Does Klarna charge interest or fees?
No interest, ever. If a payment fails, Klarna will retry it — late fees may apply if payments continue to be missed, so make sure funds are available on your payment dates.
What happens if I return my order?
Once we process your return, Klarna cancels or refunds your remaining payments and returns anything you've already paid for the returned items. Your Klarna app will show the updated schedule.
Where do I manage my payments?
Everything is handled in the Klarna app or at klarna.com — view your payment schedule, pay early, or update your card details. For payment questions, contact Klarna's customer service directly.
