Shipping policy
Bespoke Beds 3-10 Working Days
Bespoke beds - Your order is manufactured and deliveries are sent out accordingly. We give all our customer’s an estimated lead time of 3-7 working days (UK Mainland only). Delivery dates will be confirmed with you 24-48 hours prior to delivery so you don’t miss your good nights' sleep!
Once the delivery date is confirmed with you, you must ensure someone is present at home to accept the delivery. A re-delivery charge of £50.00 will apply if you do not comply with an accepted delivery date.
*Do not dispose of your old bed (If any) till you receive your new bed.*
The assembly option is available for £50 in the BESPOKE BEDS collection only.
Small Items delivery 2 - 4 Working Days.
Small shippable items will be shipped to you the same working day if ordered before 1PM. Courier used: Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, Parcelforce, YODEL, and DX Delivery. Items that fall under the category of the small item include Accessories, bedsides, and coffee tables. Missed delivery will be redelivered by courier with no extra charge.
Large Furniture Delivery 3 - 10 Working Days
Large bulky items which require professional installation will be charged a £50 Installation fee. Applies to sofa, and marble dining table. Standard delivery time of 3-10 working days.
Mattress Delivery 3-5 Working Days
Mattress delivery arrives by standard, 3-5 working days. If ordered with bespoke beds, your mattress will arrive at the same time. 24-48 Hour notice.
Defects with Delivery
Should your purchase be damaged during transit please contact us within 2 days of delivery via email at support@bedhut.com with pictures and your order number so we can rectify the situation by sending out replacement parts. There will be no further charges for sending out replacements and this does not affect your warranty.
On bespoke orders, beds are made to order we are unable to provide refunds on this basis.

Delivery Updates
Please note: All deliveries are made to the door only. Please ensure the contact number you provide is valid so the third-party couriers can contact you in regards to the delivery. If an invalid number is presented and you miss your delivery, a £50.00 re-delivery charge will be made to the account. Applies to large items such as Beds, Dining tables and chairs, and mattresses.
