Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@bedhut.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We strive to ensure that all products are delivered in pristine condition. If you receive damaged goods or components, please notify us immediately upon discovery. It is crucial that you refrain from assembling or using the item until an appropriate resolution is reached, which may involve arranging a replacement part or agreeing on a compensation offer.
Please note that if the item is assembled or modified in any way before a resolution is confirmed, we may be unable to classify it as defective. Consequently, the request may be deemed invalid, and the item will no longer qualify for return.
If the goods are assembled by our delivery team or partners, please inform the delivery personnel immediately upon noticing any damage.
For self-assembled items, we are not responsible for the disassembly or return of the product. Additionally, a restocking fee and return shipping cost will apply in some cases.
Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Made-to-order and bespoke items are not eligible for a refund. All purchases on clearance items are not eligible for a refund. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Bespoke and made-to-order items such as beds and sofas. Including Mattresses, Bedding, Duvets, and Pillows. Also, Items which by reason of their nature cannot be returned
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of confirmation. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation After Dispatch
In certain cases, it may not be possible to cancel an order once the goods have been dispatched. Customers will be required to receive the items and initiate a return process if they wish to cancel after dispatch.
Please note that operational and delivery charges may apply for cancellations after dispatch. These charges may vary depending on the type of item.
